MATT DUFF, DVM
Medical Director
Dr. Matt Duff was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He obtained his undergraduate degree in psychology at Mankato State University in Southern Minnesota. He then went on to begin his veterinary education at the University of Minnesota and graduated in 2007. Dr. Duff worked General Practice in Minnesota and joined Rockford Road Animal Hospital in 2012. He promoted to Medical Director in 2017, and was transferred to Houston in 2021. He is now our new Medical Director at All Pets Animal Hospital in the General Practice department.
Dr. Duff enjoys the bond he has with his clients while providing exceptional care to your beloved pets. He enjoys dentistry along with building a bond with his staff and the community.
In his down time, he enjoys flying radio-controlled airplanes, tinkering with his jeep, shooting sports, cooking, and spending time with his daughters.
Maifiza Momin, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Momin grew up in Mumbai, India. She completed a Bachelor of Wildlife and Fisheries Science with a minor in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2019. Dr. Momin graduated from Texas A&M University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2025. Her professional interests are preventative medicine, general surgery, internal medicine and exotics.
Dr. Momin enjoys spending time with her family and her cat, Lover. She loves painting, gardening, cooking and spring season bird watching.
Chen Han Lee, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Lee grew up in Taipei, Taiwan. He graduated from College of Veterinary Medicine in National Chung Hsing University in 2002. After obtaining DVM equivalency through PAVE program in the United States, He passed National board exam and the State Board exams. Dr. Lee began practicing veterinary medicine since 2011. Dr. Lee and his family moved to Texas in 2016 and has been practicing veterinary medicine in Texas.
